Our inspection services extend to include assisting realtors, as well as home buyers and sellers. Whether you’re helping a client put a new home on the market, or you’re showing your clients a home for sale, we can help you ensure that your client makes the right choice.
We provide thorough, easy-to-read reports on our inspections, and schedule our inspections instead of giving two-hour windows. Our reports are also guaranteed to be ready for you within one business day.
Our inspection services and recommendations are extremely useful because we are dedicated to ensuring that you understand the problems with your septic system, and are able to make informed choices about your next steps.
We complete the following points of an inspection:
- Complete underground open-pit inspection
- Digital video camera viewing and analysis of all parts of the system
- Pumping Available by Request
- Mapping the system
- Probing and/or soil boring of the drainage area
Septic system inspections are not included in your typical home inspection. Septic systems last about 25 years, which means it’s imperative that you understand the life of your current system prior to buying. A new septic system can cost anywhere from $10,000 to $40,000, which is enough to impact the value of your home.
Our inspectors are certified, insured, and members of NEHA, and will provide you with a full report on the life expectancy of your system.
